Dr. Wayne Moore
MDDr. Wayne E. Moore is a board-certified emergency medicine physician who has practiced for the past thirty years. Dr. Moore received his medical degree from Meharry Medical College and completed his residency in emergency medicine at Howard University Hospital. Dr. Moore was the former Chief of Emergency Medicine at Nashville General Hospital and also served as Director of Emergency Medical Services for the District of Columbia. He is currently on the advisory board of the Paramedic Program at Volunteer State Community College and is also a local medical director of the annual Country Music Marathon. Dr. Moore loves people, enjoys scuba-diving, traveling, and spending time with his lovely wife Dora Moore. He is proud of his two daughters Kamilah and Kimiko who are currently in medical school and are following in his footsteps.
Dr. James P. Anderson
NeurologistDr. James P. Anderson is a board certified neurologist who received his medical degree from West Virginia University. Dr. Anderson completed his residency in neurology and psychology while also finishing a fellowship in clinical electrophysiology during his time at WVU. At an early age Dr. Anderson knew he wanted to pursue a career in medicine and after much consideration chose the field of neurology. He opened his first neurology practice in Tennessee in 1990, which focused on neurodiagnostic testing. His passion lies in evaluating each patient completely and tying together the neurologic system as a whole in order to achieve maximum results. He’s also passionate about maintaining a healthy comfort level with his patients and his personal goal is that each individual leaves the office with a smile. When he’s not helping people live pain free, Dr. Anderson enjoys being a husband to his lovely wife and a father to five sons who he’s coached in various sports they’ve played throughout their childhood.
PAAmbre Maze has been a board certified Physician Assistant since 2000, attending PA School at Trevecca Nazarene University. Growing up Ambre always loved math, science, chemistry and biology, so she chose to pursue a career in medicine. She’s always been compassionate and sympathetic towards people in need, and she enjoys the challenges presented to her each and every day. Before attending Trevecca she gained valuable hands on experience as a Medical Assistant in a primary care office while also volunteering at MTMC, Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital, and the Vanderbilt Emergency Room. Her interests in medicine include primary care, urgent care, orthopedics, pain management and nutritional counseling. Outside of work Ambre loves being a mom to her kids, snow skiing in the Rockies, and teaching in the children’s ministry at LifePoint Church in Smyrna.
